We track your flight and adjust your pickup time accordingly. You have up to 1 hour of free wait time after landing with no additional charges.

Is gratuity included in the price?

No, gratuity is not included in the quoted price.

Can I book a one-way trip, or only round-trip?

All quoted rates are for one-way trips. If you need a round trip on the same day, each leg is charged at the same one-way rate. If your return is on a different day, it's booked separately at the same one-way rate.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, credit card, and cash.

How do I cancel or modify a reservation?

You can cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 1 hour before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within that final hour, or no-shows, are charged the full fare. To cancel or make changes, contact us by phone, text, or WhatsApp at 514-600-9772.

Do I need to pay a deposit to book?

Yes, a 20% deposit of the total trip price is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. If you cancel or modify your reservation up to 1 hour before pickup, your deposit is refunded; cancellations within that final hour, or no-shows, are not refunded.
